How it works?

 1. You acquire an apartment in private property with all the relevant opportunities: you can rent it, sell it, donate it, live by yourself, the apartment is also inherited.

 2. At your request, the apartment is transferred to the management of the New Nordic Group under a guaranteed rental contract for a period of 3 to 20 years with a yield of 9% per annum.

 3. At any time during the term of the guaranteed lease agreement, you have the exclusive right to terminate this agreement unilaterally without any penalties. New Nordic group, in turn, cannot terminate the guaranteed rental agreement.

 4. Throughout the entire term of the guaranteed rental, New Nordic Group is fully liable for all your property located in the apartment, as well as carries out all the work related to servicing the apartments: cleaning, maintenance.

 5. After the expiration of the guaranteed rental agreement, the New Nordic Group company undertakes to carry out cosmetic repairs in your apartment and give it to you in proper condition.

 6. All complexes of the New Nordic Group company have a unique location:

  • Geographical center of the city with convenient access roads;
  • Transport accessibility to all tourist and socially significant objects of the city;
  • Developed infrastructure and existing development area;
  • Pedestrian access to city beaches.
